I am forwarding this to Melanie Heaton, the D.A. in District 6. The host for the major baseball tournament hosts the meeting and decides time and place. I as director set the schedule to fit the time and place the host district chooses. They have a meeting tomorrow night to decide what they want to do. Until about 10-12 years ago, we always went to the host district for the meeting. Several districts in a row have decided to do it in conjunction with the Mariners hosting us in a suite. This moved the meeting from mid to late October to mid September, and more recently to late September. Bob could provide more detail on this for you, Bryan. Bob and I will go by the place after Williamsport and figure out more details.
