All, We have interest in holding a coaches clinic in Newport on the 9th of April (Saturday). This year it will be primarily focused on baseball, and next year we will work to include softball. Does anyone have an interest in attending the clinic? If so, what coaching divisions, and how many from which leagues would like to attend? Please let me know ASAP so I can make the appropriate arrangements. This clinic will focus on several things besides "skills and drills", but also we will include coaching attitude, goals, proper Little League Rules and interpretation for play, field management, game management, etc. Please let me know in the next day or two how many/ which leagues/which divisions would like to send folks to a clinic.
