[Little League District-13-officers] FW: Ineligible players - 12 certified players

Good Morning League Player Agents, and Presidents. I'm not sure why this continues to be a source of confusion, but if a player is not medically cleared to participate at the start of the District tournament, they cannot be considered as one of the 12 eligbile players that need to be cerified on the roster. They need to have 12 eligible players to be certified. If a team named 12 players to the team and one has a broken leg and is cleared to return 6/30 but the tournament starts 6/24, they need to add an additional player. It is better that they add that player now. If you have any questions, please let me know. JP DA WA5/13
