Going in, I would like to make sure we are following the actual rules and guidelines set by Little League. It is my hope you are not articulating another league's adopted practice or your personal preference. Each league is its own autonomous entity under the Little League banner. As the only compensated volunteer in our district, we rely on you for complete, detailed, and supported information for any league implemented processes or rule changes mandated by Little League International. Are these notes taken directly from the Little League Rulebook? Can you please also send out the drafting method information that is in the Rulebook. The Rulebook/operating policy from Little League International are the policies that leagues are obligated to follow.
