Hi All, We are working on getting the brackets finalized. Currently the plan is to start the Softball Majors, 10-11 baseball, and 8-10 baseball on Saturday... Baseball 10-11 and Softball majors would have the games starting at 9:00 AM on the 21st and 8-10's starting in the afternoon - probably around 4PM. We may play some double headers on Saturday. We don't have the brackets finished yet because we are still hashing out some details. We will have 2 - Softball teams, 2 - 10-11 teams, 5- 8-10 teams, and 4 -Majors teams playing will start on Sunday - in the PM. 6 leagues are represented this year as Bi-County formed a combination team with West Plains... so I am excited about that! If we can do a couple double headers for softball and 10-11 we could keep the fields free and clear for the bigger brackets, and make sure that PJ's volunteers don't get too overwhelmed. Also - Book signing is at the Fieldhouse in Liberty Lake 1235 N Liberty Lake Rd, Suite 110, Liberty Lake, WA 99019-7581. June 16th at 6:00PM PJ is working on the meeting room for the Manager's and President's meeting on the 20th at 6:00PM in Liberty Lake - Venue to be determined. (still looking for available rooms). Presidents unable to attend must have a Board Member Proxy at the meeting. For the Manager's meeting, there will need to be ALL Managers attending that meeting for all teams. IF the manager cannot attend then they may send a proxy that is an assistant coach for the All-Star team as representation. If a team does not have representation at the manager's meeting they will A) Forfeit all coin tosses and dugout selections, and B) Not have any grace on tournament notes. The president CANNOT sit in for the manager's or coaches. Also ALL Coaches and Managers must have their Diamond Leader Training in their books at signing, AND a copy of their completed Abuse Awareness training certificate. If you have completed Diamond Leader training in the past, you don't need to do it again, you just need your certificate. Abuse Awareness training has to be done every year. Standby for the official brackets once we get the brackets finished.
