[Little League District-13-officers] RSVP Please for LL District Meeting

All, I need your head count for the District meeting in Spokane (most likely Spokane Valley) Sat Oct 31, 10am-2pm . We will be serving lunch. All presidents are requested to attend. Other board members are welcome. If the president can't attend then please send a voting proxy for your league. This is a meeting where we have published the agenda a few times.
