Pretty simple, Just post to the list if you want the message to go to all the DAs in Washington. If you are not a member of the list (your email has to be registered with the list), then it get’s bounced and tossed to prevent spamming the list. If you have someone that needs to be on the list (A DA), then send me their address and I’ll get it on the list. ADAs are a different thing… if an ADA is supposed to be on the list, send me the name and email… then I will ALSO put that one on the list. UICs for the District can go on the list, although we do have a separate list set up for all the District (and state) UICs.
