Brian Both my husband and I are walker dependent and will not be able to trek anywhere to a location to watch the Super Bowl. Ubering becomes problematic as well. So we will opt out and watch in our room. Loris Gies ADA D3

Good Morning everyone,
If you are planning to go to Congress, feel free to click on the link from Allen Pryor below and fill out the survey. It was like 30 seconds. Tell him your feelings and thoughts.
Yes, I feel that there should be lots of places right near the location of the hotel given that its in downtown, and within a few blocks of Lucas Oil Stadium (the home of the Colts) and a minor league baseball park—that people should just be able to drop in—if you go early enough.
Allen, along with the DA from Indianapolis are trying to find a place they can secure and guarantee. From what Allen told me, most places are hedging their bets right now given that the Colts have a good record and are very much part of the playoff discussion at week 10.
Remember Indianapolis is in the Eastern Time Zone, so that is a 6:30pm Kickoff time (NOT 3:30pm like here). And the game is at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara this season.

I guess it would depend on what is provided with the $100 ticket…but a $30ish buffet would be ok.
In Seattle there are many SB venues with free admission but all food/drink non host.

Agreed!
While less expensive than a seat at the stadium, $100 pp is still a bit much.

Good Afternoon,
We have learned recently that LLI will not be hosting a Sunday function for attendees of the International Congress for the Super Bowl. I am trying to ascertain the viability of scheduling a function ourselves. The Sunday congress schedule will end by 3pm. The kickoff is set to begin at 3:30pm.
If you could forward to your DAs in your state and have them fill out this brief questionnaire so we can gather more information, I would greatly appreciate it.

So far our initial quotes from the hotel, and from bar/restaurants near the hotel are around $100/person or more. I am working with Derek Lisby from Indiana 7, and Bill Crandall from Michigan 6 to look at other venues.
