I’m not sure how this has been handled in the past, but how about a single shared file that everyone can update to list if their District will be sending a team at specific levels to each State Tournament?
I have created a simple chart and shared it on my shared Google Drive. Everyone has EDIT access to it (provided you have a Google account). And if you can’t edit it, just send me your info and I’ll be happy to include add it.
If there is a different method of determining this information, please advise.
