[Wadas] Intermediate State

I would like to get my bracket done for intermediate state by the end of next week. Last year everyone except districts 5, 11 and 13 participated. If you are one of those three and plan to enter this year, please let me know. If you entered last year and don't plan to enter this year, please let me know. If you are one of the 10 from last year and plan to enter this year, I don't need a response. Thank you, glen
