All, Keep in mind the list server also has SPAM filtering on it. If you put more than 10 recipients on an email AND send it to the Wadas MAILING LIST the list will HOLD the message until someone approves. It also sees emails with more than 10 recipients as also SPAM. SO either send the message to the WADAS list as a recipient all by itself, OR send it to the group with everyone's emails in the header. BUT MY SPAM filter and many others will not allow messages with 20+ email recipients pass as it is considered SPAM. I don't see the messages when there are more than 10 recipients in the email, and neither do a couple others. Some messages to the group have been delayed because someone sends the message to the whole group AND also includes the mailing list in the recipient header. When this happens the message is held until someone approves it (usually me). I caught this when Glen was trying to send messages the other day and was sending it to both places at the same time. SPAM rules are getting tighter and tighter with more systems rejecting emails with big headers (lots of recipients), or a domain that is known for spamming, or addresses that have been compromised by virus or malware. IF you ARE NOT receiving messages from the WADAS list, check your spam filtering settings. Some SPAM filters don't like email lists either. GMAIL likes to have the domain pre-approved, so you can go to your mail settings in GMAIL and clear rodeonetworks.com as a senders domain in your email junk settings - this is an individual setting. one set by each person. but the setting is there to protect the recipient from spammers.
