Hi All, In writing this, I am hoping to get you all to encourage your teams coming to 9-11 state BB to talk with the folks at Brewster Hall (contact in the packet) about housing. We are looking at focusing all events that are not at the field around Brewster because A) it's spacious and B) it's air conditioned... We are going to hold our Manager/Coaches dinner there as well as our manager's meeting. Before the manager's meeting we will be serving a meal. The menu for the meal is pork loin, pasta salad, fruit, etc. Manager's meeting is 6:00PM at Brewster in the cafe. And we are also considering opening the Bistro downstairs with snacks and drinks... if we have enough people registering in the hotel. We will be publishing more of the "special events" schedules as Stacy gets them developed. Also we want to reiterate the importance of the Manager's meeting on July 18th at Brewster Hall... teams failing to send a representative to that meeting will forfeit coin toss the entire tournament, and will not have access to info given out during the meeting. A more formal schedule will be sent out later regarding the A) Opening Ceremonies (yes we will have them), pool party at the Aquatic Center, and other details...
