I am hoping to get it done Saturday and have it out on Sunday. I have some requests: 1. Please send me your agenda items. 2. Please let me k now how many people you are bringing for the state meeting and the umpire meeting so I can plan food. On Monday, I will decide what to bring and how much, so I need numbers by then. So far 3 and 10 have responded. 3. I am planning food that has meat – sandwiches, wraps or pizza. If you or someone you are bringing needs something different (salad, vegetarian option) please let me know. 4. I will also have some muffins, yogurt and coffee. If enough people want fruit, I’ll get some. I have noticed not a lot of that gets eaten. Thank you, glen
