The Recreation and Conservation Office (RCO) is accepting Letters of Intent from organizations for the state grant program, No Child Left Inside (NCLI), which provides funding to support quality opportunities for underserved youth to learn, play, and experience the outdoors. RCO manages NCLI on behalf of the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission. RCO will use the information to inform the Governor’s Office, the Legislature, and others about the need in advance of budget discussions and funding decisions. Although the Letter of Intent will not be scored, providing clear and succinct responses will contribute to the future of the grant program. The full application round will open early in 2027. The first thirty minutes will be presentation and the second thirty minutes will be available for questions. The workshop will be July 1, 2026, at 1 p.m. (PST).
