The host league for the State 8-10 Baseball tournament uses portable mounds on their fields. The mounds they use are True Pitch model 302 mounds. These are on Little League’s approved list.
Tournament rules require that for games beyond District play the use of portable mounds must be approved by the Tournament Committee. For that approval they want to see concurrence from all of the districts participating in the tournament.
I have set up a Google Form to voice your approval or denial of using portable mounds. Please take a few minutes to fill out the form so that I can let Western Region (and all of you) know what your decision is.
