Well, I’m trying to get the District better organized and motivated… I have attached the PowerPoint I put together for this… we have rented a hotel conference room in Spokane and are having lunch catered Sat Oct 30th, 10:00 if any of you have a need to visit Spokane… - and have been pounding on the leagues to get a representative there come “heck-or-high-water”. I think we will have everyone represented, but I gotta do something… they just are “under performing” and need some “attitudinal” adjustments… We didn’t have a District Tournament in D13 this year… not enough interest or participation….
