Partial Outage

Hi All, We had an outage yesterday on part of the network. It was kind of a strange one, and it caused us to have to put a lot of thinking and hands into fixing it. First we apologize for the outage, but everyone should have been back on around 5:00 AM today. There were only a portion of our wireless customers in the LC Valley that were affected, no fiber customers were affected and no one outside of the LCV was affected. We also got asked about the customer portal. We are implementing a brand new customer portal in about a week. And quite honestly we were very focused on getting the problem fixed we didn't update the old one. When the new portal comes out you will see an announcement. It will have a ton of features and functions. and answer some of the requests folks have put to us about getting to see their invoices online (no payment online though, we want to keep your data secure and the best way to do that is the way we do it. let the bank hold the data), and other information about Rodeo.
