Big Changes Coming from Rodeo!

Hi All, Back in January we told you we had a bunch of big announcements. Well , first we told you about a new website coming… should be out next week or thereabouts… then we told you about opening an office in Lewiston… well that’s underway as we speak…or type… NOW the big announcement this week is…. We are upgrading and moving our wireless customers to a new wireless platform. The move should be complete in a week or so, but the upgrade process will take about 90 days. We are going to be able to deliver speeds in excess of 500mbps to our wireless customers, and even higher in some cases. On average we should be able to hit everyone with at least 300 Mbps – and the new price points will be VERY competitive with the satellite based services… we are also looking at expanding our wireless coverages… Look out Genessee, Uniontown, Colton, and so on… Lapwai? Maybe. Anyway… the other thing this means is we MAY (might, maybe, possibly) have brief outages during the evenings of the next 10 days or so as we swap circuits. These outages will be brief (less than 10 minutes) and affect ONLY the wireless customers. Fiber customers will be unaffected. If you see your wireless gear blinking, or your streaming is briefly interrupted, that’s us messing with stuff. We will do most of these upgrades in the evening after 8:00 PM so that our business customers feel the least impact… and we apologize in advance if we interrupt for a couple minutes your binge watching of Landman or Yellowstone… 😊 After it’s all said and done, you all will have one kickin’ wireless system… (We wish we could tell you more, but we don’t want the “shock and awe” factor to be diminished when we roll out the new gear). And for the record, this is our 2nd upgrade in 16 months, and our 5th since we went into business 15 years ago. At Rodeo we always try to keep you all geared up with the latest and best stuff… and our last two upgrades have really done the trick. Our uptimes on our wireless service is now over 99.99% with optimum bandwidth being delivered more than 92% of the time. Our goal is to get that even higher. So bear with us as we crank up the good stuff even more… it’s gonna be great! Thanks for being great customers! Howdy Ya’ll! We told you back in December and early January we’d have lots of big news for you in 2025… we’ll here’s the first piece of big news… Rodeo will have a NEW OFFICE! It’s being built right now in Lewiston, and we hope to be in it by the end of March! Yup! That’s right, we finally figgered out how to get across the Blue Bridge! 😊 We are in the process of putting in our fiber circuits, building some equipment up, moving in furniture, setting up the watering trough for the horses… and of course, the corral for all our technical staff. Once we get all moved in and situated we’ll get you the address and put out something to eat and drink and invite everyone over to sit a spell and visit… so stay tuned! Hi ALL, We have been undergoing a maintenance window with our upstream connections. This is not something we were working on but folks upstream from us on the internet. It did cause periods of brief slowdown from 1:00 AM - 7:00 AM this morning. If you experience slow internet, or interruptions in service. the short reason is "the internet broke". (actually upstream providers connected a lot of folks so we weren't the only ones affected). But things should be rosy by 7:00 AM. Your Rodeo Networks Team! New Fiber Starts Today!!

Hi All!! We are so excited! Our new fiber project starts rolling out today. We have MANY MANY of you on the list to get your new fiber connection and we are both thankful and happy you all decided to become Rodeo Internet Fiber Customers! Please be patient as we roll these new circuits out. We can't do everyone at once, so we have sequenced them by "first come first served". within a week or 10 days or so we should have all of you up and running. For those of you with more complex installations, we may have to sequence you into the installation schedule a bit more carefully as yours may take a bit longer. Woo Hoo! Hot Dang! Fast fiber internet from Rodeo is on it's way! We are starting in the areas west of 13th street in Clarkston from about Libby down to Bridge street and will get you all installed as fast as we can! Greetings All and Happy New Year! May this year be the best ever - 2025 has a lot of new changes coming down the pike for Rodeo and It's subscribers. We'll fill you in on all those right after the New Year, but we wanted to give you an update specifically on the new fiber rollout. We have been given the go ahead just before Christmas to start testing. We are in that process now. It takes a few weeks (prolly like 3 weeks) to get all the testing accomplished, then we can start putting folks on the new fiber. We anticipate rollout for real subscribers to start right around Jan 20th. So stay tuned. Be aware that if you are a current Rodeo Subscriber, and are in the new build area. we are converting your address to fiber as part of this.so you get a FREE upgrade to fiber! That just rocks! Be sure and let everyone around you know the new fiber is coming, and they can get the same deal you did up until Jan 20th. so it's a great deal for a great price. free install, free equipment rental for a year, and blazing fast internet for just $39 a month!!! Rodeo Christmas hours update and NEW FIBER UPDATE!!!

Thanks so much to all of you for helping Rodeo build a great 2024, and we have so much NEW planned for Rodeo in 2025 that will bring even better service to you! Our hours for the office for the Christmas Holidays are: Dec 24 ½ Day offices close at noon Dec 25 Closed only emergency support by phone available Dec 26,27, 30th offices open 10AM-2PM phone support as normal (8:30-5:00) Dec 28 Offices closed Dec 31 Closes at noon - ½ day Jan 1 Office closed only emergency support by phone available Jan 2 Office open 10AM 2PM Jan 3 Offices open as normal (8:30AM 5:00pm) FINANCE OFFICE CLOSED DEC 24-JAN 2 open again on Jan 3 at 8:30AM. Email will be checked about 1x a day for Finance Folks We are giving everyone a good break over the holidays to be with their families and hope you can spend time with yours. Rodeo Fiber is ALMOST HERE!

Hi All, Just a quick update. Many of you have seen the fiber crews out working in the neighborhoods in the new area in West Clarkston for our Fiber Service. they are almost ready to turn it over to us for testing and when they do we will let you know. As soon as testing is done, we can start converting our existing customers over to the new fiber (and guess what, for MANY of those existing customers who use our wireless services, you will INSTANTLY get at least 10x more bandwidth for the same OR LESS COST!!). For those brand new customers, make sure your new subscriber agreements have been signed, and we will get you on the install list ASAP. we hope to have everyone installed within 14-21 days after we finish testing. we have a good number of brand new Rodeo customers coming on as well as dozens of old customers converting from wireless to fiber in the new service area. SO - what are the service areas? Essentially from Fair Street in Clarkston, to about Libby / Chestnut, from 6th westward to the Golf Course Clubhouse. So if you are in that area, you will be getting our new fiber if you are an existing customer, and if you are one of our many new customers, you will join in the fun too! We also have fiber service in the Clarkston Heights up along Valley View, Florence Lane and thereabouts. so if you know someone up there that wants a good deal on Fiber Internet and blazing fast speeds, have them give us a call! And for those of you that don't know, Rodeo provides wireless Internet all over the Valley, fiber to the home in Clarkston, and business fiber in Lewiston and Clarkston. We also can do business fiber almost anywhere in Clarkston, and in MOST of Lewiston now as well! SO if you want to make a good deal for your business fiber, call us and we'll get you a quote right out. WE are also in the process of upgrading our wireless services. in 2025 we are planning on providing up to 100mbps on our wireless service as well. so lots of goodies coming down the pipe from Rodeo. We will keep you posted but we anticipate that we can begin testing around Dec 22. we can hardly wait!
