I wanted to encourage you all to use the wadas(a)lists.rodeonetworks.com
<mailto:wadas@lists.rodeonetworks.com> mailing list to address all DAs at
the same time. The reason for this is that sending to this ONE ADDRESS
eliminates the need to add each person's email individually to the email
header. use this ONE LIST ADDRESS and everyone should get it.. and if they
send any email address changes to me, I'll get them changed immediately.
Why do this? A) Because it requires only one address to be typed in to reach
EVERYONE.. And 2) For those of you that are sending email from certain
domains, it keeps the email from getting blocked by SPAM filters..
You see some of you are either sending from domains that are known spamming
domains, or in the past or currently you have an infected machine that is
flagged as sending hostile emails (those containing a virus). SO SPAM
filters, including MINE wind up tossing important emails that some of you
with these issues in the email function send. in other words, using the list
server we have we avoid certain SPAM problems, or leaving someone out of the
email chain because we forgot to type in one of their addresses out of 10 or
15 addresses.
Just make sure if you change your email to let me know AND use
wadas(a)lists.rodeonetworks.com <mailto:wadas@lists.rodeonetworks.com> for
emails that go to every DA. that way I don't have to check my SPAM filter
every 2 hours to see if someone's email got dumped ..
