For the DAs - I'm not confident that I have current contact info for all
your UICs. Please forward to your appropriate staff members.
D4 will be hosting the LLSB and JLSB State tournaments. At the moment, I
don't have brackets. We don't know how many districts will be sending
teams. So, we're working from past averages, sort of. We're scheduled to
begin on 1-Jul with championship games on 6- and 7-Jul. I can't assign
games yet. So, for now, just let me know that your district wants to send a
crew. When I get more detail, I'll contact you again.
In addition, I know there are a few umpires around the state who have been
selected to work either the LLSB or JLSB regionals. Please pass this on to
those folks. I invite them to work some games in addition to any crews that
your district may send. I'll make sure that they work 4-ump.
