Last year I had several leagues tell parents they could use a screenshot of
the county property assessor's website to satisfy the Group 2 requirement
for those using the three proofs of residency.
But LL's website states that a Group 2 document "must show customary usage
or consumption to demonstrate...continuous habitation".
(I have attached evidence of both).
So my questions are:
1. Will you accept these screenshots for Group 2 when checking binders
prior to your State Tourneys?
2. And if not, do I need to have leagues replace screenshots that were in
last year's player packets?
(I did ask Kit this question last year. She said that we 'may allow' them
for Districts, but she'd prefer the traditional Group 2 documents for teams
going to State.)
Also, I am not a fan of the screenshots.
