Hello District 13 Little League! Our District tournament starts tomorrow in Liberty Lake, WA! Games will start at 3pm but there are some mandatory meetings that will occur prior to the start of the tournament. Please note the following meeting times. Manager's Meeting 9:00a.m. 2310 N. Swing Lane Liberty Lake 99019 All Team managers need to attend this meeting. Assistant coaches are welcome. All paperwork and player verifications must be complete by noon tomorrow. I have talked with everyone about what paperwork is still needed. If you have any questions about this, please let me know! PRESIDENT'S MEETING 1:00p.m. 2310 N. Swing Lane Liberty Lake 99019 All League presidents need to attend this meeting. We will talk about the district tournament and lay the foundation for our October President's meeting. again - if you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you all! All, It's not just us. but the State tournament Directors are having problems with a field or two and so they have split the 9-11 baseball tournament up between two sites and changed up the schedule. Please see attached. JP

All, Below is the schedule for the ADAs and DAs during tournament week: Stacy Dist13 - Liberty Lake All Week - Brennan Dist 5 - Sunday, Friday - Clarkston JP - Sunday, Tuesday, Thurs/Fri - Clarkston Monday, Wed, Fri - Liberty Lake DA,ADA, or Tournament Director will be available for coin flip every day in LL DA or Tournament Director will be available for coin flip every day at Clarkston JP DA WA5/13

Tournament books - HURRY!

All, We have not received ANY Tournament books at this point. You cannot turn them in the day of the tournament and expect to get your players approved.It takes about 30 minutes per book - and we have 12-14 teams showing up to play this district Tournament - so - you need to turn those in ASAP. you can turn them in to Stacy Ashcroft the ADA or myself. We have published 4-5 notices about this.. you can also contact the tournament director Steve Raab. see any of the other 5-6 emails about contact info. If you need help in completing the tournament paperwork, please contact your player agent, president, or what have you.Stacy and I are available by phone to help. Regards JP DA WA5/13

All, As you are preparing your documentation for tournament, I wanted to remind everyone that there is a piece of documentation that needs to accompany your player documentation. That is a government issued photo ID that matches the signature of the parent or guardian signing the player documentation. In short, we have to know that the person signing the paperwork is the person signing the paperwork.. This photo ID can be: 1. Drivers License or State issued ID 2. Military Badge(s) 3. If you are a state employee and have a state issued ID badge with your photo and signature on it 4. Passport 5. Trusted Traveler Badge It just needs to be a photo ID with matching signature-this makes sure the person signing the paperwork is legal to do so on the behalf of the player. JP DA WA 5/13
